My kids (6&2) sat down at the table with all the tools needed to make their pumpkins. Amanda was encouraging and helpful. We loved the glue so much we bought plenty for our home crafts. It was our first workshop and it definitely won't be the last. We all had a wonderful time

The activity itself was very simple and a little bit monotonous for my four year old (I had to finish it) but she really enjoyed what she did do. It would be nice to have something a little more challenging. Much preferred using the clear Pritt PVA glue than the white stuff! It also was tight fitting the whole activity into an hour. But Lisa G was very patient and let us stay on a bit extra to finish. Was a nice touch having something to bring it home in.

She took time to explain the process to each child and crouched to their level when interacting with them. Good choice of materials and fantastic value for money. I will definitely be booking more sessions for my grandson.

And had even thought of boxes to take the wet pumpkin home to make it easier for parent’s Excellent value for money. Thank you Lisa for a great start to my little girls half term.

I thought the class was excellent value for money and we were not rushed at all. There were plenty of materials available. Would definitely recommend and book further workshops in the future.

• 5/5 from Michelle Mercer, attended Oct 2022: My 8 year old son loves these courses. Today we did the Halloween pumpkin paper mache class. All materials provided, with a large table to craft on. Great ideas from the store teacher, and always so friendly and patient with the children. My son asked for brown tissue paper which wasn’t on the table, and they just go and get the required colour from the shelves to make the creation as they wanted - they’re great. I already had a booking for the kids Christmas card making, but whilst I was there, I booked the Christmas tree topper class! No better kids crafting class out there. Hobbycraft are great at this.
