The tutorial is designed for crafters of all skill levels, so even if this is your first wreath, you’ll be shown everything you need to know to make sure it’s a triumph. It’s a great way to hone your wreath making skills, with the support of a craft expert on hand to help you along the way.
The Hobbycraft colleague leading your workshop will guide you with tips and tricks, showing you how to layer your wreath design to show contrast and depth with foliage and florals. Enjoy mastering the techniques and sparking your creativity as you try your hand at this relaxing activity.
You’ll come away with the perfect decoration for your home to suit the season! Display it on your front door and impress all the neighbours.

Our colleagues and instructors are there to guide the activity and support a safe environment, and if any concerns about safety or wellbeing arise during a workshop, these should be raised with a member of staff straight away.

- 5/5 from Win, attended Sep 2025: This was an enjoyable workshop with step by step instructions with our friendly tutor. The venue was upstairs in the store with plenty of room for us to work. All materials were provided and we went home with a lovely autumn wreath
- 5/5 from Kelly, attended Oct 2024: I extended the autumn wreath making workshop with a lovely lady who was kind and friendly and very knowledgeable. The quality of the materials were great and extra was provided as I ran out of hessien and the tutor was determined for us all to go home with a finished product. I really enjoyed learning new tricks of the trade and I will be booking again. The only criticism was that 1 hour was not enough. We ran over by half an hour dispute the course leading trying to keep on top of the task. This needs to be looked and and recognised that a varying degree of abilities will attend the course and for it to be more inclusive you need to allow more time so it is a more relaxed environment rather than stressful to complete in the hour given.

The teacher was friendly, but the instructions were unclear and she focused on finishing her own rather than helping us individually.. 2 of us ran out of ribbon and we all struggled with the wire. The teacher found some extra ribbon and didn't change more. I didn't enjoy the workshop because it was a rush to try to finish, so not relaxing unfortunately.

Did a wreath making class last Christmas, and we were given far more ribbon and berries etc. However, I did enjoy the experience very much.
