After having a fantastic time as one of the contestants in the 2018 Great British Bake Off tent, I decided to hone my skills in all areas of baking and cooking!
I love being in my kitchen, figuring out new twists on classic dishes and sharing my passion for delicious food, with one eye on the purse or wallet to try and keep things affordable.
Cooking might seem tricky, but most things work out fine, so don't be afraid to grab an apron and try! I always have a good time and will do my best to ensure you do too if you join me in a class. Bon appétit!
