What you'll do
This is a chilled evening yoga class where we check in with ourselves, breathe deep, let go and restore. It's a productive thing to do at home for mindfulness and caring for yourself.
With slow embodied movement, flow and stillness we create space and deep connecting with our body, mind, heart and soul, releasing tension and nourishing ourselves on every level.
This live online class will begin with cleansing breathwork and grounding meditation. You will then energise your system with movement and flow before sinking into stillness in Yin. This includes longer held poses close to the ground, with an emphasis on surrender, sinking deep & letting go.
This class is great for beginner Yogi's and those with a more developed practice looking to release, restore and relax. It's a perfect online class if you need indoor activities to get you moving.
Knowledge Required
Suitable for beginner and more advanced yogis.
What to bring
Wear loose comfy clothes, use a yoga mat, gather a couple of blankets and pillows, and some water or a brew.

Hi, I'm Victoria, I'm a Manchester based Yoga teacher and writer. I teach Vinyasa Flow & Yin, and am an avid Kundalini fan. I am enthusiastic about Yoga in all it's forms and create dynamic, flowing sequences weaving Kundalini, Restorative & Yin practices into my sessions. I aim to ensure all students who come to my sessions leave with a deep sense of calm, strength and balance and a strong connection to their core and roots. I teach yoga in Manchester and online and am driven to make well-being and vitality the norm.
