Bento Cake Decorating Workshop
Found this gem of a workshop for my friends’ hen party. We had an amazing time in this class! Reneé & Annika was super friendly in advance of the class. Felt like I was at home!
The attention to detail and quality of work from both sisters was fantastic. Both of them was very accommodating to all skill levels and was patient in spending the time to help us make the perfect bento cake & taking good photos/videos too.
The agenda of the class was well prepared & planned well. We didn’t realise we were the first group for them to host us. They were both professional & learned a lot. We found the pace of the class was great, enough timing to decorate the cake twice and then practising our designs for the top too.
As a bonus, the cosy room ambience and warm hospitality from both of them made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Would definitely recommend, and would be keen to go for the next bento cake workshop.

We absolutely loved the experience. 10/10! You spend a couple of hours learning about how to make candles in a super fun way! I really recommend the experience! I got it as a birthday present and I have loved every single minute.

Lovely experience. Very fun and informative. My only gripe is that i expected to create my own scent as opposed to picking from a selection of ready made scents but it was still great nonetheless.

The facilitator was also very patient, helpful and so keen to teach. I would highly recommend.
I not only left with a candle, but I was so much more wiser about making and taking care of candles. The atmosphere was also so relaxing and calm. The decor matched the vybe of the class. It was just really good.

I organised this outing for my friends and we had the best time! The host was incredible and explained the candle-making very well - making the candles from scratch and learning about the process was super informative and fun - I will definitely be coming again and would definitely recommend

Our host, Keisha, was very welcoming, very friendly and very knowledgable. There was great entertainment, great vibes and some great candles being made!

I received a voucher from my sister as a gift and decided to embark on a solo adventure for some fun. With the Easter bank holiday providing ample time, I dove into the experience eager to learn and play. The instructors were incredibly knowledgeable and infused the session with humor, making them perfect contenders for stand-up comedy. I appreciated the intimate setting and the diverse mix of guests, adding to the overall enjoyment of the experience.

Had an absolutely fantastic candle making experience with Dai-kor for our hen do! The two coaches matched our energy and provided perfect guidance in a beautiful environment, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless process. We ended with gorgeous, wonderfully scented candles that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this activity for any group looking for a fun and creative time!

The scents were amazing and the quiz afterwards was fun.

The class was great and insightful into learning how to make candles. The atmosphere was great and I’m happy to have done it, as well as leave with a beautifully smelling candle. The teacher was great and had amazing energy and was funny as well as clear on any instructions. I enjoyed the quiz and fun facts she gave us while we waited for our candles to set.

The whole experience was super nice. The venue was amazing, with drinks and snacks offered, all the materials were prepared. The staff was amazing and everyone who came were super friendly. A cool thing to do with your friend or alone! One thing I would say that the workshop wasn’t very practical. I know it’s not that hard to make a candle, but maybe if there was more on different scents and maybe mixing them, that would be very cool.
But overall, I really enjoyed it! Would recommend!

Really nice class run by two lovely, knowledgable women. The venue was nicely decorated and has a great vibe. Both women were friendly and described everything we would be doing in a lot of detail. Coffees/teas and cookies were provided which was a nice welcome into the session.
When leaving, unfortunately my friend dropped her candle and it cracked all over. Dai-kor very kindly offered to make her another and send it out to her which we really appreciated.
We had a great time and would love to come back again soon.

It was a great experience. Reneé was very helpful and kind as she accommodated our situation. She also made the process of candle making looks very simple and easy which definitely requires a skill to do that! Great idea to spend your weekend and the candle smells amazing!

My husband and I had a private class. It was the best date ever! The venue was very intimate and the refreshments were tasty! The teacher was very nice and the whole experience was incredible! Definitely recommend! We cannot wait to try out our new candles :)

My friends gifted me this class because I love candles but never created one myself. The session was great! Teachers did great with explaining and guiding me throughout the process, making it very easy to follow. All tools and materials were provided and lots of info and tips were provided about candle maling but also candle maintenance. The atmosphere was so relaxing and comfy and that was a big plus!
