The ritual begins with TASTE, setting intentions while enjoying warm cacao and flower remedies. You'll then experience SOUND through a Yoga Nidra-style meditation with soothing accompaniment, followed by SIGHT via guided visualisation for inner clarity and peace. The SMELL component introduces carefully selected essential oils chosen specifically for this seasonal transition, while TOUCH concludes the experience with gentle hands-on healing for grounding and reconnection. We always end with sweet treats and a chat! By the end of this experience, you will feel relaxed, recharged & reconnected.
