If UK tier 2 lockdown is getting you down, you might need a break from the constantly updating news with more and more concerns. Try some wholesome virtual classes and craft kits to keep your spirits up.

Working with your hands on something artsy releases the happy chemical, dopamine. This makes you feel more confident and reduces anxiety and sadness which is super beneficial for your mental wellbeing.
