2. We'll deliver a ClassBento Box to you - this is a physical DIY craft kit containing the materials you'll need. Shipping is free, and you'll get your box delivered in time for your class. We ship nationwide.
3. Enjoy the online class. After booking, you'll receive a link to a Zoom meeting. At the time of the class, use that link to join. During the class, you can easily ask questions and get immediate responses. Zoom is free and easy to use, on any device. You're in control of your privacy - you can mute yourself and hide your webcam if and when you prefer.

Never tried yoga before? Don't worry, this virtual yoga retreat is ideal for first-time yogis as it will include lots of step-by-step instruction and guidance. Each class will also go at a pace that is suitable for all abilities and will cover pose variations to meet the individual needs of the students.

The dates of the online yoga courses are as follows:

• Saturday 13th March 7:30pm - 8:30pm

Discover the softness of the new moon through the guidance of a candle-lit slow flow stretch, calming breathe sequence and dreamy sleep practice. This restorative yoga class will give you an opportunity to relax, reflect and recharge.

• Saturday 20th March 10am - 11:30am

Have you been waiting for spring to arrive? For more sunshine, movement and positivity? The theme of this retreat is to focus on letting go and learning directly from nature. You will embrace the motivating, enlivening energy of the spring equinox with this dynamic and energising yoga class online.

• Sun 28th March 10am - 11am

Bask under the luminescence of the full moon with a series of nourishing and balancing yoga poses to help prepare yourself for the beginning of a new cycle. With this virtual yoga class, you'll get your glow back.

This price of this virtual yoga retreats includes all three sessions, plus, you will receive a hand-crafted 2021 moon calendar delivered directly to your door.

This Moon Calendar has been hand-crafted by Land of Erin, using a natural colour palette gathered from the cliffs of Cornwall and painted on 100% FSC recycled paper. Posted in a recycled postal tube, wrapped in tissue paper and bound with raffia and label.
