A really fun session with a a friend for her birthday. Katie explains things really well, is very friendly and welcoming, and helps when needed. In my case, often! We produced a couple of creditable bowls, looking forward to getting them back glazed.

This was a fantastic class and Katie is an amazing teacher! It was a birthday activity for my girlfriend, and was the perfect thing to do together. We were shown how to make a pot each, with the option of having them fired and glazed to be picked up later. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant day! Teacher was very nice and helpful! We watched her and her knowledge and explaining was spot on which made it as easy as it could have been for us and would definitely do it again

We were absolute beginners and Katie was so patient with us and made everything really easy to understand. I am amazed I managed to make a pot, never thought I would! Would absolutely recommend this class.

We had the best time ever! Can't recommend the experience highly enough. We have both always wanted to try this but had been nervous to give it a go. We're so pleased we picked this particular experience as Katie was so patient and put us at ease straight away. An excellent teacher, we were amazed by the results we got!

Katie is an excellent teacher and we thoroughly enjoyed learning from her in this hidden gem of a studio space. We were surprised by how much we were able to achieve in a relatively short session—making four pieces ourselves after a quick demonstration. We can't wait to see them glazed and fired! Katie was a super welcoming and patient teacher who laid out everything that was going to happen, gently cajoled and offered guidance and help when sort. Even though my end result wasn't great I still enjoyed the process and felt like I learnt a lot.

Katie was lovely, friendly, skilled and enthusiastic. She showed me the techniques required to throw a pot and went through each stage with an exceptional amount of patience, when it was my turn. I loved this session so much and managed to produce 2 decent looking pots. I'd highly recommend Katie's class.

That was so enjoyable! Katie is very personable and a very good teacher - she had to be with us, but we surprised ourselves by each producing a pot that looked rather good, despite never having done anything like that before. Sessions are two-on-one and just right for the two hour session. For an extra £5 Katie will glaze your pot (with your choice of colour) and fire it, so you can subsequently collect your masterpiece as a finished article!

I really enjoyed my pottery throwing class. Katie explained the process clearly and was patience and encouraging when I was attempting to use the wheel. I will definitely be back for more lessons and highly recommend Katie as an instructor.

I loved my 121 pottery session. Katie is a brilliant teacher, taking time to explain each process and technique. I managed to make two pots in the lesson which I was really proud of. Id definitely recommend Katie, it was a very enjoyable lesson.

A very enjoyable, relaxed and friendly class. I think there were 8 of us in total, all working on one table. The teacher demonstrated and explained all the techniques we needed to use (there were several) to make our mindful mug and helped anyone needing help. The venue was lovely with free and easy parking. Coffee and biscuits were provided and scented candles lit. This was a lovely enjoyable late afternoon working with clay to produce something beautiful. Highly recommend and great fun.

What a lovely morning I’ve had today!Katie was engaging, encouraging... And very very patient! I made two pots which I am proud of and looking forward to seeing glazed and fired.I have never done ANYTHING like this before but I’m glad I didn’t let that put me off - will definately do this again.
