Ruby delivered the class in a methodical way, which made it easy to follow her steps - she was also very patient with us, and happy to clarify or repeat instructions when needed. We thought all three of the dishes we made were delicious - if I had to choose a favourite, it would have to be the laab lettuce cups!

Amazing class! Ruby and Shannon are such good teachers and make it so fun. It is really easy to follow and really relaxed. The food tasted amazing too! They are also fantastic about dietary needs and access needs. This is my second class with them and can't wait to do another!
