Ruby delivered the class in a methodical way, which made it easy to follow her steps - she was also very patient with us, and happy to clarify or repeat instructions when needed. We thought all three of the dishes we made were delicious - if I had to choose a favourite, it would have to be the laab lettuce cups!

Loved this class! We went through the processes for making various types of sushi and the teacher was really good at explaining everything, super patient and really hospitality. The ingredients were fresh and the sushi we made was so tasty. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for another one of their cooking classes!

Absolutely superb Cookery class. Ruby, our host, was excellent. She taught us skills that can easily be transferred to home cooking. She even created a separate dish for me to accommodate my allergies. Really enjoyable and highly recommended! Thank you

This was our second visit to the Emerage cookery school, we loved every minute we have now done the Thai and Indian courses, Ruby is a lovely host all the dishes we made were lovely we really enjoyed the morning, fun and informal course met some lovely people. Thank you Ruby.

I was gifted this class as a birthday present - I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a small class (just the right size) - Ruby is a great teacher with lots of tips and tricks which we really helpful. The food we made was absolutely delicious and I will definitely be trying one of her other classes soon. I really liked the takeaway recipe booklet too. And a big thanks for the support team too who made everything run so smoothly.

We had a great time doing the Mexican Cooking class with Ruby and the team. To learn how to prepare and cook our favourite dish Tacos, with sides and to understand where to access the ingredients to make at home was amazing. It was a fun environment, and we would highly recommend emerge.

This was our 3rd class with Emerge and we enjoyed this one as much as the others. Vanessa was a great teacher and made the steps simple to follow. The food we produced was really tasty and made a lovely lunch.

It’s a super activity to do as a family or group and we are now trying to decide which class to try next!

This is our 2nd Class together with Emerge Cookery School and we had yet another great experience! Everything is well organised, the vibes are calm and fun, the hosting is top tier! The recipes are clearly demonstrated and the ability to sit and eat together is such a lovely thing to do.

We are definitely planning our 3rd visit, thinking maybe the Indian class next....

Flavours from Vietnam Cookery Class

My brother booked this for my birthday gift last year and I took one of my best friends.

Ruby was a wonderful host, she was warm and friendly, and gave nice clear instructions throughout.

The dishes were delicious and allowing us time to sit with the other participants to eat and socialise was a great touch.

Would definitely recommend.

Loved my first ever pasta making class with Ruby! It was a Christmas present for my husband but felt like one for me too. Great atmosphere, great host and great food.

We made different types of sushi

Vanesa was amazing! She explained everything really well and showing us every single step. Also very nice and funny It was an amazing evening.

I enjoyed the whirl experience. People were really welcoming and made us to feel like at home. They gave us drinks and the ingredients we used to cook were good quality. After finishing cooking, we had the opportunity to eat what we cooked and shared that moment with other people who attended the workshop as well. Amazing experience

We booked the Taste of Thailand cookery class for my partner's birthday. We had a brilliant time. Ruby is a knowledgeable and skilled chef who gave us step by step instructions and held out hands every step of the way. We cooked several delicious Thai dishes with authentic ingredients. The ingredients were high quality and plentiful. Ruby and Chloe were friendly and welcoming. The free drinks were a great addition. We got to eat our food together with the other participants after cooking which was really enjoyable. It was a highly enjoyable and memorable afternoon that I would highly recommend to anyone. Amazing class! Ruby and Shannon are such good teachers and make it so fun. It is really easy to follow and really relaxed. The food tasted amazing too!
