2 x 6 hours Class size 1 to 6     label £300 - £750 (£750 per guest when you book for 1 guest, £400 for 2 guests, £300 for 3+ guests)

During this two-day intensive course, teens will build vital cooking skills that will help them when they leave home.

Over two days, teens will learn how to cook and eat well on a budget, as we cover a few recipes, tips and tricks. We will focus on knife skills, organisation, hygiene, fixing mistakes, heat control, seasoning and more.

Class sizes are kept small to allow for maximum development in a short amount of time and also leave plenty of room for socialising with others in a fun and relaxed environment. Your teen will soon blossom from beginner cook to confident chef in a few hours.

After the cooking course is over, your teens are encouraged to keep practising their new skills and contact chef Richard for any guidance. They'll be whipping dishes that are nutritious and delicious, and be ready to take on the next chapter of their lives.

This class series runs over 2 consecutive days.

Suitable for

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a team building activity, birthday or hen do.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 14 years old).

Adult accompaniment is not required.

The Yarrow Cookery School is a family-run organisation founded by Richard and Sophia. The aim of the school is to share the joy of cooking with all ages and abilities in a simple and personalised way, using seasonal, local and sustainable produce!

Having both studied at the Orchard and Ballymaloe cookery schools as well as gaining experience working in the industry in a variety of hospitality settings, they both became keen to explore the next step and share their passion with others!
