From fabulous falafel that can be used as part of a meze platter to perfect pillowy pilaf that can be the centrepiece of a feast and paired with different flavours throughout the year, Middle Eastern food is far from boring.
Don't worry if you're new to cooking, this fun and friendly class will take a leisurely pace so you can enjoy the experience and of course, munch as you cook!
Examples of what you might cook:
- Labneh – fresh soft cheese with beetroot and tomato salad
- Fava bean falafel with tarator dressing
- Chicken, almond and apricot pilaff
- Lebanese parsley and onion salad with pistachio pesto
- Cardamon and rosewater rice pudding
At the end of this cooking class, you will be invited to sit down with the rest of the group to enjoy the fruits of your labour. Head home with your leftovers and skills to make more delicious Middle Eastern food!
