What you'll do
Have you always wanted to try your hand at making your own jewellery but didn't know where to begin? This fun full day jewellery making workshop in Southampton will show you how to use silver clay to make some gorgeous, nature-inspired silver jewellery in the comfort of your own home!
Hosted by Rebecca, a talented local crafter, you'll be learning the step-by-step process for creating beautiful jewellery out of fine silver clay. As the name suggests, silver clay is able to be moulded just like modelling clay, making this a quick craft to pick up for beginners. Rebecca will show you how to use this wondrous stuff to create a finished piece of jewellery inspired by the natural world.
Beginning with some expert demonstrations of the whole process, you'll then get hands on as you mould, shape, file and sand your pendant or earrings, which will then be fired and ready for the final polish to add that professional finishing touch. You'll also get to take your finished piece home in a presentation box, making it brilliant for unique gift ideas!
This fun, friendly class would be ideal as a couples' activity or a hen party with a difference. Give it a try today and add a touch of sparkle to your life!

Hello, my name is Rebecca, and I am the designer and maker behind Rebecca Oxenham Jewellery.
I use the beauty of nature to give inspiration for my jewellery making, which I'm delighted to share with you! Nature is my therapy; it is where I feel calm and it is always my kind friend. I love nothing more than to be out in the countryside or by the sea, walking my dog and enjoying the beautiful scenery around me. I find myself collecting shells, bark, leaves and other organic items I discover along the way and come home with pockets bulging – just like a child!
To share my passion for jewellery making, I run beginners’ silver clay jewellery making workshops and have designed a beautiful kit for people to make their own jewellery using silver clay at home. Whether you want to try a new hobby as a couple, host a hen party with a difference or just learn how to make silver jewellery in the comfort of your own home, I look forward to sharing the joy of creativity with you.
