What you'll do
Silk painting is a mindful and satisfying craft that will open you mind to an ancient form of painting. If you've been looking for some relaxing things to do at home, then try this virtual experience and art kit.
No painting expiernce is necessary! All you need is a curious creative spirit and this DIY kit full of art supplies. Everything you need is included, just bring some water in a jar to clean your brush and you'll be ready to start painting on the silk.

I am Miu Shu, Mandy and am a classically trained Chinese artist. After three years of systematic training on oil and silk painting at Yunnan Art University, I started my practice studio in Kunming City in 2008.
In 2014 I moved from Hong Kong to Scotland and established Miu Art Studio three years later aiming to enrich my personal growth, learn Scottish culture, and introduce fun in Chinese art to the locals. Miu art studio takes commissions from individuals or businesses.
My goal is to continue developing and advancing as an artist. I am also very passionate about merging cultures. Because I was an international student from 1995 to 2005, travelling to such places as Canada, Europe, Australia, and the South Pacific. I have experienced the benefit of multi-culture in day-to-day life and aim to share this in my art to the best of my ability.
