I could have done with the template in the parcel. I was disappointed to only recieve a trinket dish lidded box and basic set of pens.

This is the second class recently that it has not started on time. The last class started 20 minutes late. This class was rescheduled to start 2 hours after the actual start time, only informed 20 minutes after the class was supposed to have started. I now know these classes are unreliable.

Class was good pace, excellent tutor. The paints were a good choice, lots of tips given by tutor on how to use them. Have been wanting to know how to create these intricate designs for ages, I did not believe I could do them until this class.

Such a great lesson learnt so many new techniques and how to handle the tools and products. Highly recommended

The artisan was clear with hints and tips to get the best out of watercolours. The class was enjoyable and at a good pace.

Really pleased to have taken part in this class, the tutor shared lots of tips and tricks to obtain a better likeness. Suitable for all drawing levels the class had a good pace.

Really enjoyable class, the techniques we were taught were simple and effective. The Hobbycraft artist was very patient and knowledgable working at a slow pace to allow everyone to feel more confident. A truly great class would recommend to absolute beginners and those with more experience.

It was lovely, I did not realise that I would be able to use fimo as leather, I thought it would just have a leather effect texture so it was really great to learn new ways to use it.

The tutor has qualifications gained from the Glasgow School of Art, therefore, knows her stuff. Gave lots of safety before the actual pouring and tips on how to use this and other makers' resin.
Learnt a lot, she was very approachable, skilled and knowledgable, including how to spotlight herself, so we never lost sight of what she was doing.
Very exciting that we were sent items in the kit that aren't even in-store yet.
Mega pleased with the results, and the advice on what to do with the pieces, I feel confident enough to use acrylic again.

Brilliant class, the tutor was amazing, had loads of tips which made life easier. She was so welcoming, patient, informative and encouraging. The kit was a good kit, although the needles were plastic and broke very easily, the hook I would have preferred an ergonomic version and the pattern could have done with clear pictures for each square.

Brilliant workshop. The tutor was very knowledgeable and took us through the process in easy to follow step by step. This class is suitable for beginners and more established artists. Highly recommended.

Excellent tutor her explanations were very clear and did not mind redoing stitches to clarify. I would have preferred an easier kit with bigger holes in the aider although the kit was beautiful it was a tad too advanced for me, a beginner

Not the best tutor. It would have been better if we had been told about all the extra equipment needed

Inexperienced presenter although very charming. Relaxing crafting session. I learnt a top tip from my daughter I can pin the presenter by right clicking on their picture so if others chat the presenter does not disappear

Please train your presenters into how to spotlight themselves very distracting when other people speak as the presenter goes off screen. Would have liked to have been told to prime the wood before classand to have water and towel for brushes, and a paint pallet or include a pallet in kit. Very pleased with quality of kit and presenter she was very calm and knowledgeable

That was such a fantastic class. The tutor was clearly an artist in her own right, she was a very calm but assertive tutor that worked at a steady pace. The tutor highlighted herself to ensure when anyone else spoke I did not lose the picture of what she was demonstrating, which was just fantastic. The tutor alone would get 10 stars

The tutor showed some simple techniques to start me off with watercolours. I found the constant interruptions annoying because the tutor went off-screen. I would like the tutor to learn how to spotlight herself so that she remains on screen so that I can see what she has done. As lovely as the faces of the other participants were I would rather see the painting that I am working from
