As usual, I enjoyed that Watercolour Painting Class by Zoom. It was lovely to see and talk to Becky again, and see the other participants too. I don't have the luxury of time to attend a live event /in venue so this type of class by zoom suits me fine.
I am not 100% happy with my painting but I know that if I want to improve it, I can do another one with the link that Becky has forwarded after the class.

I was able to join the zoom event from start to finish and had fun painting the Snowman in watercolour. I am still a bit partial to acrylic but watercolour has now started to get more interesting. Thank you Brush arty, esp the lovely Teacher - Becky.

"Zoom" was giving me a hard time in signing, asking me to log in and asking me to enter a code for signing in and it delayed me by a few minutes. Luckily, Becky was aware of my problem and explained to me what they've done so far so I can catch up. I have bought a set of Coloured Drawing Pencils during the lockdown and haven't used the coloured pencils till now so I was excited and keen to learn. The 1st photo shown here was on A3 Drawing paper, done during the Zoom event. I did a 2nd improved version on an A4 Drawing paper right after the class, while my memory of the drawing techniques was still fresh on my mind and I had as much time as I wanted. I raided my grandchildren's drawing basket and found blendable coloured and white pencils and used some in my 2nd drawing (photo shown below). Thanks to Brush Party. My confidence is growing.

I am pleased with my final Painting. It's as good as it gets.
Millie was lovely and bubbly - went too fast for me at first but I managed to catch up with her, somehow.

I'm still learning about graphite pens and sticks and have not grasped the correct way of using the graphite sticks yet hence my drawing is not yet to my full satisfaction It was my first time to use a graphite stick.

It was an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Becky guided us well and I may have another go at it when I get the link tomorrow (or in the next couple of days).

I was ready for the Watercolour Event by Zoom, at least 30 minutes before it started then at 7pm, I was there and had a shock to find that I couldn't find the button to connect to the class and was too embarrassed to ask Becky how. I had a new pc installed and suddenly, at the crucial time when the class started, I found that I had to log in with Passwords, etc. and couldn't locate the page where I could join the class. i could hear Becky and could see the others but I could not see myself on the Gallery and I believe, no one could see me. I've missed a lot of instructions due to signing in hassle, so simply tried to do my best

I was about 10 minutes late tonight but managed to catch up and I thoroughly enjoyed the painting.
September replied straight away as soon as I asked a question (Chat) so I managed to catch up nicely.

I found the lighting on Becky's screen to be a bit bright so the initial painting (1st & 2nd layers) were not clear on the screen
and I had to make do with my imagination.
I am not very proud of my Painting

I had a headache and I was late and struggled to log in but Becky (the Teacher), was as usual, very good in giving drawing instructions and I managed to catch up somehow. I might be able to do an improved drawing if I get the chance but I am quite happy with what I learned and achieved tonight. Each lesson is a learning experience.

The Drawing I did on the night of the Event (14th June 2023) was odd-looking so today, I decided to change the position of the 3rd Paint Brush and now I am happy with the outcome.

It was a relaxing Painting Session tonight. As usual, September taught us well and I am pleased with my Painting.

I enjoyed this Watercolour Painting tonight. I started on time and I did not feel stressed. My Starfish was done on A3 paper for Watercolour and it was a bit too slim so when the session ended, I did another painting (on my own, from memory) on an A4 paper and this time, my Starfish was in better shape. I started at 8:58pm and by 9:28pm, I was happy with my work and called it "Done."
Becky, as usual, is a very Good Teacher (my favourite!).

Yes, I have enjoyed this Brush Party at Home, especially with a new Teacher (Millie? or Milly?) who looked and sounded like Becky
I might do another Painting when I get more time but I am happy/pleased with what I have achieved tonight, from 7pm till about 8:48pm.

I enjoyed the watercolour session and felt relaxed even though I was late for a few minutes. I panicked a bit when I realised I was far behind but didn't let it discourage me. My painting was in a darker shade and mostly blue but I intend to do another one in lighter creamy and pinker shades.
I'll get better with practice.

The Drawing Class was superb again. I was late and missed the first instructions and didn't really want to distract becky and the class by asking too many questions so O decuided to just get on with it and try to catch up.
My Teapot was not as rounded as I would have liked it to be but I am happy with it.
I vould try to draw a more rounded shape next time, if I get a chance, now that I have got the knowledge of what to do about it.

I am happy with what I have painted. Watercolour and me are not the best of friends yet but I am loving it. I know I don't have to have exactly the same result as what the Teacher (Becky) did but for someone like me who never had any formal lesson in Painting (esp with Watercolour) until the 1st Lockdown in England started (23 March 2020), I think I cannot complain. Brush party has awakened my desire to draw/paint I had done some drawings when I was a very young girl using crayons for colour and althiugh watercolour blocks were available in my childhood, I never really got to grips with it. Thank you Brush Party.

The online class was as usual, enjoyable. The Teacher (September) was clear and bubbly and guided us through the steps in the painting. I will probably do some improvements in mine but so far, I am happy with it (with or without any improvement.

I was not feeling well last night but managed to join the session and showed my work towards the end. As usual, Beck was a lovely Teacher and its a joy to learn from her. Take it from one who has never had a proper /Formal Drawing and/or Painting lesson until I joined the Brush Party during the 1st lockdown (March 2020). As a child, my Father showed me how to draw animals & houses while my Uncle (his youngest brother) taught me how to draw Facial profiles of girls & whole boy of Ladies in lovely clothes and gowns. Some classmates in elementary school used to swap my drawings with fresh fruits form their farms. Such happy memories!

It was another enjoyable Watercolour Session by Zoom, with the lovely Becky as Teacher. I really am beginning to love watercolour now

As usual, I enjoyed learning from September. She's a superb Teacher and this Online Painting Class was fun although we were not sure which Bridge it was meant to be. Brooklyn Bridge in NY, maybe?.

A beautiful experience - just what needed to get me back into Painting after almost 2 months of "rest". As usual, Becky has been a great Teacher and I am very thankful to Brush Party for giving me a complimentary ticket even at very short notice.

I struggled to make my Animal look like a WOLF when I joined the Online Event last August 15. I decided to watch the video again and try to improve my painting and I've finally felt I've done what I could and the painting has improved. I know I can't exactly copy Becky's painting but I am now pleased with the improvement that i've done including the dripping watery paint. Thank you Becky, Cliff & Brush Party.

This Drawing Class tonight made me realize that I am getting more confident in Drawing now, Thanks to Becky, our lovely Teacher.

"Flower" is one of my fave subjects for painting and this Painting class with BECKY gave me extra skills and confidence. After the session last Monday, I recreated another Waterlily in Watercolour in A3 paper, then I did it in Acrylic in A3 paper for acrylic. I painted until the early hours yesterday but I was not entirely satisfied as I "cheated" a little by using a tracing paper to get the position of the flowers right.
This afternoon, between 17:06-18:56 ours, I watched the recording of the session and did Waterlily (again) in Watercolour, on A3 paper and because I was feeling more relaxed and focused, I was pleased with the final result. The photo shown here is the one I did during the Zoom class last Monday. It's okay but my last painting looks better.

I was out but managed to catch the last 15 (or so) minutes of the class so I watched the video and did the Painting last night. It was relaxing and I liked the purple background. September, the Tutor, was a friendly as ever and made me feel very welcome despite my late "appearance."
Here, attached below, is my Painting but looking at it now, I may have to add later, a few bigger "Fireflies" inside the jar. Overall, I am pleased with the event. Thank you Brush party.

I was keen to learn how to draw a hand so I really tried to get back home in time but missed about 10 minutes at the start. I am hoping to do the drawing again using the link (as soon as I can) and hope to do a better drawing next time.

I enjoyed painting the Koi Carp in Watercolour. It's my favourite watercolour painting so far. I've never thought I'll be painting a Koi Carp (we have so many in our pond just outside the room/by the window where I was painting) and I was not very enthusiastic when the event was first announced. I am glad I attended it and learned how to paint a koi carp.

I am very pleased with this Watercolour Class. The 1st hour didn't seem promising at first but as soon as I started the 2nd hour, everything "fell into place" and I was surprised at how lovely my work seemed to appear. I am beginning to love Watercolour because of this.

I like the bluish purple mix of the evening sky and enjoyed painting the tree, the silhouettes of the buildings and the bench. My lamp-post was not the best but I know that it can be improved if I want to. The reflection of the lamp can also be improved next time. Overall, I am very pleased with this painting class with September.

Today's Painting Class has helped me feel a little bit more confident in using Watercolour. It's not my best watercolour work yet but I aim to get better.

An online Painting Class with Becky is always fun and enjoyable and I look upon each class as another step towards the "learning ladder". She did her best and encouraged us to either copy her work (with same colours) or do something different (with different colours). I decided to copy her as much as I can (I could always do another painting with different colours another time, if I want to)I did not measure my window pane properly and found that my right side was about half an inch higher than the left side so I tried my best to correct it. I managed to alter the height and I am now happy with the final changes (though a tiny bit of correction can still be seen).

I've always enjoyed Painting Classes with Becky (my very first Painting Teacher) and this one's no exception. I have watched her giving instructions/lessons on Fireworks (for the Monthly challenge) and I have painted 3 different variations on A3 canvas. This class gave me more confidence to Paint on a bigger, 16" x 20" Canvas tonight and I am pleased with my work. I watched the class again to check on points that I have missed and I was happy to add some improvement to my work. Thank you Brush Party, for this Painting class.

I enjoyed painting the Cafe Terrace at Night (van Gogh style) and Becky, the Teacher, was brilliant. I am not completely happy with my work so I will find time to watch the video again and improve my painting. I'll add extra chairs and cobblestones on the shaded green area and will improve the windows in the shops across the road. My sky also needs good stars With hindsight, I should have used a smaller canvas like 12" x 16" instead of the Large one (16" x 20" that I used.
