Japanese Desserts Class - Beginner Mochi Making

Making dorayaki and mochi was surprisingly easy and enjoyable. The finished products were looked and tasted superb! Thank you Hannah for teaching me! Your instructions were easy to follow, and your choice of ingredients was excellent! Now that I know how to make mochi at home, I no longer have to buy prepackaged mochi from a shop!

Shanghai Meat Mooncake Making Class

Hannah taught me how to make the pastry for savoury mooncakes, and it turned out it to be very useful for me. I attempted the recipe at home for the Mid Autumn Festival, and the results were delicious. I only wish I had more time to finish that class until the end. Thank you Hannah!

Asian Cooking Class: Buns Three Ways

The class was enjoyable, as I learnt to make three different kinds of bao. The end result was absolutely delicious! The couple who taught the class were very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained the method very clearly. I had fun talking to them while eating the prepared bao. Highly recommended!
