Loved the workshop with Holly but think it was a little rushed as drawing first then fineliner over the top of drawing followed by watercolours over the work so think class needed to be a little longer as the end was rushed slightly. Learned some great techniques and the video recording is good idea but also maybe email the picture before hand which may helpful. I Will be doing more on mixed media as I’m enjoying this type of art

Love Millie workshops i think more time was needed as lots to learn on this 3D butterfly workshop. Millie is a great tutor …. My picture is ok but not as I would like it to be so will draw one again … thanks

First issue was a few of us didn’t get the right drawing pad and one lady didn’t have the bunny template. A good workshop and Millie did her best with certain communication issues as her PC was echoing. It was a nice relaxing hour and although I have been drawing since artisan Louise taught me on many previous online classes the bunny was easy enough and I did mine slightly different to the way Millie explained it but that’s just me. All in all it was a good workshop. So thank you Millie

Loved todays Crochet class we started an Easter egg. Pattern was a bit confusing but got there in the end. Relaxing session and as usual Louise explained everything clearly

Great workshop but only complaint was a few items I had issues with as the glue gun wouldn’t stand up properly, one broken large bauble and one large flat bauble I couldn’t even open as it had no seal around it. But that’s not the artisan fault. But Loved what I have learnt

Loved Holly workshop she was excellent at explaining etc and really enjoyed it. However, the let down was the letter stamping set which I found very cheap and the letters not clear when stamping on the clay. Also I think as usual there needed to be extras you needed to have while doing the class I.e a tray or a chopping board to cut clay on also grease proof paper and a pot of water was needed and not mention on the agenda for the class. That’s the only complaint I have.

Wonderful workshop today with just Paula and myself loved the eucalyptus Christmas hoop which Paula explained perfectly she’s a brilliant Floristry artisan she has such knowledge. Thanks again to Hobbycraft for these amazing online workshops and for employing Paula

I absolutely loved this workshop today the tutor was good explaining techniques that I will remember and the choice of the picture was a good choice but I did add a bit of my own style to the second acrylic painting I have done to date. So enjoyed meeting and learning watercolours with Emma Block. A lovely illustrator and loved how she showed the class different techniques to achieve so I will be finishing my picture later. I hope Hobbycraft will bring back Emma for another class. Well done

Paula is excellent and very knowledgeable but I think the class should be longer than an hour so beginners can take in everything. Loved the class though.

As usual Louise has an excellent knowledge of drawing techniques. Loved the way I learned so much from her. And this was my first ever drawing lesson and was really pleased with the drawing I produced. Thank you Louise and to Hobbycraft for these wonderful workshops

Great class I thoroughly enjoyed it. I can do embroidery but not done so for many years so just wanted to refresh my brain on it. Managed to finish my project after the workshop and added an extra stitch I used to do. Thank you to the lovely Embroidery teacher

Joined the workshop for crochet bunting but I think before many of the beginners could start a pattern it would have been ideal to have made a workshop on basics for beginners to learn the various crochet stitches and how to hold the hook etc and another workshop for the making something… crochet as it’s a gradual learning curve with crochet. I managed to do one bunting piece all but it not exactly straight at the edges but hay ho

Louise folk art painting workshop was excellent… I really enjoyed every bit of it as new beginner of painting… but it would be nice if hobbycraft sent with the art box a couple of pictures of the folk art to use as guidance
