Knowledge required
Our classes are beginner friendly, no artistic experience required. Participants must be aged 16 and over. Unfortunately, wheelchair access to our second floor studio is limited, so please drop us a message ahead of booking to discuss access needs and we will try our best to accommodate.
What you'll get
All materials and tools to make a screen printed artwork to take home with you.
What to bring
We provide aprons, please bear in mind that this workshop can get a little inky so don’t wear your best clothes! No need to prepare any artwork before the session either - we will be teaching you how to build a print from scratch using paper stencils and a choice of two photographs that have been pre-exposed onto screens before the class.

Underway Studio is a Brixton based illustration and printmaking collective specialising in screen print. Much of their work is influenced by architecture, form, texture and colour. Using physical print processes means their visual language is both playful and distinctive, incorporating photography, collage, drawing and embracing any happy accidents along the way!Caitlin and Melissa from the collective will lead your workshop.
