Really enjoyed the class. Was bought this as a present when I had mentioned how I would like to give Bau buns a try. It was really fun and we had some great food to try and take home afterwards. Highly recommend Jinny’s Dim Sum and Dumplings class! I booked it for my mum’s birthday, and we both had an amazing time. It is excellent value for money. Jinny is incredibly knowledgeable and has a fun, relaxed teaching style that works perfectly for both experienced cooks and beginners.
We made enough food to sit down and enjoy a feast with everyone at the end with a nice glass of wine, plus we had plenty of leftovers to take home.
We will be back to try another one of her classes in the future thats for sure :)

This was a Christmas gift for my partner and the second time i have attended a cooking class with Jinny. Once again a wonderful, warm and engaging class.
This class was particularly good as it was aimed at a group of people who have to work with an intollerance to glutten.
Everyone should be aware that there are great ways to cook and bake without glutten.
The day was 1st class.

A fantastic experience. Chef Jinny makes the course fun, informative and interesting. You all contribute to making the soup then split into your pairs to make the other dishes. To top it all, you get to eat what you have made with every else round the kitchen table

What a wonderful session! I learned so much about making royal icing and different icing techniques. Katerina put so much work into preparing different colours and consistency of icing to use and we all left with a special gift to get us going at home. I love Jinny's classes, everything is so well organised and Jinny is an amazing teacher. Step by step guidance throughout the course with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The Thai cookery course was excellent, we produced very authentic tasting dishes that we then sat down to all eat together as a group. The group meal is a lovely touch as it makes for a feeling of having a day out with friends even though never having met any of them before. I can't wait to do more courses with Jinny and doing on a Friday felt even more unique. More Fridays would be perfect.

I had a great time, I love dim sum but would not have attempted making them alone. Lovely ladies teaching us thank you so much. The class was a gift from my husband but most people were in a group or couples, nevertheless I still really enjoyed it. Everything you need is provided and yes you make everything from scratch, cooking them and eating them with a nice glass of wine. Aprons are also provided.
