What you'll do
Learn to quill at this papercraft class in London!
Get together with a group of family, friends or colleagues and learn to create a quilled masterpiece together. Create a celebratory piece to commemorate a special occasion or make something unique to display in a shared space.
What better way to learn to quill than to create something with your group? You'll soon relax into your crafting as you begin to roll your paper and see your piece take shape.
Hosted by Nimisha, a lifelong crafter, you'll be shown how to create a range of beautiful shapes using strips of coloured paper. Quilled creations make the perfect piece of office artwork or a special gift to loved ones, friends or colleagues. From curling paper and creating shapes to writing your own message or slogan on your masterpiece, you'll love the relaxing, meditative techniques used in this workshop.
Not a natural crafter? Don't worry, as Nimisha will be on hand with plenty of tips and advice to make sure you leave having learnt a new skill and been part of a collective creation. You'll also pick up a range of handy crafting skills to continue to make your own quilled artwork at home.

Mindfulness Craft was created in 2019 in London but we have been running since 2002. We have been successfully running art, craft and cooking workshops and have hosted exciting events like birthday parties, baby showers, hen parties and corporate events (physically and virtually).
Nimisha has previously worked at the Big 4 and has experience of managing corporate life alongside inspiring all around her to find their creative passion. She believes the combination of her patience and working in the community for over 20 years makes her workshops one that you will want to be part of!
