Teaching you live from Tuscany, chef Davide will show you how to make this traditional Italian meal. Davide remembers this dish fondly from his childhood, eating it regularly in his Grandma's kitchen. It remains one of Davide's favourite meals and one he describes as not being able to live without today.
This authentic Italian dish consists of three main ingredients, masterfully blended together in around five minutes to create an unbeatable Tuscan flavour. You'll use olive oil, garlic and fresh rosemary to make this dish come to life! Have some rustic artisan bread ready to enjoy with your completed meal.
