Beginners Introduction to Machine Sewing Course

Ethne was incredibly patient and taught us the core skills we needed, to navigate our way around a sewing machine. We all felt really proud at the end with our newly-made bags :) it was a lot of fun!

Multimedia Micro Collage Workshop

Brilliant collage-making workshop! Ethne has a wonderful collection of pre-cut paper in a variety of patterns, styles, and shapes. It is all beautifully arranged, ready for you to choose and begin making a collage. Everything was well organised and explained clearly. The Something Good Workshops venue is also lovely. It is cosy, comfortable, and welcoming with a nice selection of refreshments and a great playlist.

We were given ample time to experiment with our collage pieces and create an arrangement on the small rectangle of paper provided, and a larger piece for your background. You are encouraged to experiment, layer and cut to create a unique piece. My sister and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Ethne helpfully gives you the option to frame your piece and arranges it ready for you to take home. We enjoyed the workshop so much that we decided to come back the next day for a sewing workshop with Ethne.

Multimedia Micro Collage Workshop

I loved this class there was so much different paper cutouts and other materials to choose from and it was very easy to find what I was looking for as it was organised so well. It was a great learning experience now a just want to make more.
