Hosted by a professional printer, you'll learn how to create striking images with the white ground technique — using a soap-based medium on an etching plate to create a variety of stunning, painterly effects. You'll get the lowdown on how to create these gorgeous, watercolour-like prints, including how to prepare your plate, the best etching techniques to use and how different printing methods can create varied textures.

Not done any art since school? Not to worry, as your friendly host will be behind you every step of the way to guide you toward printing perfection.
