Pottery Bee Feeder Workshop

Create a beautiful bee feeding station using clay slabs

3 hours Class size 1 to 6 guests       £60 (PayPal Pay in 3 available)

Come and make your own ceramic bee feeding station — a beautiful little garden piece designed to help tired bees safely sip sugar water. You’ll hand-build your piece using slab techniques and add your own textures, stamps and details.
No experience needed — We’ll guide you step-by-step in a calm, friendly studio setting. You'll decorate your feeding station with your own flair, using letter stamps, pattern stamps, sprigs and colour.
Please note: Clay work is a process that requires drying and firing time, so your pieces won't be ready to take home on the day. We'll offer you several options for getting your completed pieces to you.
This taster includes:
  • Three hours of hands-on tuition in a small group setting, ensuring personal guidance
  • Use of all necessary materials, tools, and equipment
  • We'll final glaze your piece with a clear coat to make it water tight, ready to 'bee' collected about 4 weeks after your class.
  • Tea and coffee, along with plenty of positive encouragement throughout the session!
Absolutely no prior experience is necessary for this pottery workshop – simply bring your curiosity and remember to wear clothes you're comfortable getting a bit messy in! This pottery activity makes a wonderful treat for yourself or a thoughtful and unique gift experience. You're welcome to come along on your own or share the fun with a friend – everyone is invited to participate.
You'll leave this pottery session with newfound creative confidence, an inspiring new skill, and the exciting prospect of your own handcrafted ceramic piece once they're complete.

1 handmade bee feeding station approximately 20cm wide
1 bee feeding guide and a ceramic care leaflet
