While the resulting patterns can look amazing, colourful, and complex, the process is surprisingly simple and easier than it appears.You'll discover that only one colour is used at any one time across the rows, relying on a straightforward combination of double crochet, trebles, and chains. Led by Eleonora, you'll explore the two popular ways to create this effect – 'Overlay' and 'Inset'. You'll get hands-on experience with both techniques as you craft a small mosaic sample to take home.By the end of the session, you'll have a handy coaster and the know-how to create stunning geometric designs with ease.Please note: you will need to be able to crochet to take part in this workshop. Eleonora incorporates a wide variety of techniques and styles into her crochet designs, often drawing inspiration from the coastline and sea where she lives.
