Your teacher

I am Arti, a chef and cookery tutor who trained at the Leiths School of Food and Wine. I have worked at the Ivy Restaurant, The School of Wok, Gully Indian Street Food and Market Halls in Oxford Circus. I currently assist in teaching Wagamama chef apprentices South East Asian, Japanese and Asian cookery. I also teach at the Richmond and Hillcroft Adult Community College.
I love teaching and sharing my knowledge with others. I particularly enjoy teaching Indian, Pakistani, Chinese, Malaysian, Indonesian, Singaporean and Japanese dishes. I can also teach you to use and take care of your Wok in the proper way.
I look forward to inspiring you to cook and be creative with food.
