Forestbathing, Mindfulness and Hammocking Experience

Adventure into the wild and relax in nature.



2 hours Class size 4 to 20     label £70

Connect with nature and other like-hearted women as you enjoy some meditation, reflection time and yoga in the forest.

Share a cup of tea with other souls seeking some time out to re-balance and find peace in the wilderness. Small group numbers mean you'll have plenty of opportunities to connect with yourself and those taking part with you.

Guided by your supportive teacher, you'll enjoy some gentle walking, mindful forest bathing and bare-foot exploration through the wilderness. You'll also take some time to enjoy some soothing yoga practice and will indulge in some nature art using natural materials to create something wonderful.

By the end of your calming forest experience, you can expect to feel refreshed, invigorated and inspired. You'll leave the wilderness smelling of fire and freedom!

I like hiking, I enjoy yoga, sea swimming is my meditation and I love the smell of fire, cooking outdoors and the sound of rain on canvas when I am all snuggled up in my tent after a day’s walking. I am a compulsive forager: I create art from nature, I bake cakes with wild foods, I make jams from everything seasonal that I can find outdoors.

With WanderWomen Scotland Ltd, I would like to share with you my passion for the outdoors: for hiking in beautiful places with everything that I need in my backpack, wandering and finding wonder in nature, being at one with what surrounds me, bringing together the joys of movement on land and in water, and watching what happens when inviting simplicity into this life, finding stillness and calm.
