With the careful guidance and expertise of talented chef, Yuki, you will begin this online class by learning how to perfect sushi rice. Once you have mastered this important step you will then be taken through a variety of creations from hand rolls, maki to California rolls.

  • Salmon or Red pepper and avocado inside-out California roll
  • Futo maki

Don't worry if this is your first time rolling your way to sushi perfection, this beginner-friendly virtual class will take you through the process one step at a time allowing you to make-along at home. Yuki will also be on-hand to dish out her top tips and tricks from her years of expertise.
