Create delicious freshly baked gluten free bread and gain new skills with this online baking course for beginners. You'll receive a baking kit containing gluten-free ingredients to make your bread and you'll be guided through the process by an expert teacher.
This rustic gluten free bread baking course takes place over 2 days.
We start at 6pm making the dough, then it needs to prove overnight.
We get back on zoom the next morning to shape and bake the bread. Believe us, it's worth the wait!
If you love bread but haven't yet found a fabulous gluten free variety, this recipe is going to be your new favourite thing! After your bread course, you'll have the skills and know-how you need to make delicious rustic loaves at home.
- All the pre-weighed dried ingredients you need to make your bread.
- Flexible dough scraper (essential for working with wet dough!).
- Spatula or dough hook on a machine
- Honey.
- Olive oil.

Hi, I'm Caroline Bailey, the founder, award winning wedding cake designer and heart and soul behind Hunkington House Kitchen.
My baking love started at an early age, all thanks to my amazing Mum and Nan, who were fantastic in the kitchen, always creating something delicious. Learning from them at an early age sparked a passion that has led me on a long path to where I am now.
This baking journey has been full of excitement from baking with John Whaite, cooking with Monica Galetti, achieving third place in the Great Shropshire Bake Off and also getting through to the final 70 applicants for the Great British Bake Off. Even though I didn’t get selected for the show it gave me the confidence and drive to pursue my dream career in baking.
Having spent years perfecting my baking skills attending classes, creating the most amazing cakes for weddings and other special occasions I have taken my love and passion, helping people to create and bake deliciousness, through fun interactive experiences.
The dream baking experience for me is where people feel at ease, it's interactive and you get to learn in a fun and engaging way. So in a nutshell that's what I deliver.
It is the best job to have when you get to see first hand how proud people are of their creations and their very own baking delights, even the ones who started nervous. My aim is to create a memorable experience for everyone to enjoy and I want my classes to ooze that specialness too.
Yes I'm a little bit obsessed with all the baking delights you can create yourself, so if I can spark memories to treasure, just like the ones I hold dearly then I'm doing it right! Whether it's an experience for a public class, a private group or 1-2-1, the baking fun is waiting to be explored.
