What you'll do
Are you looking for unique gifts or want to make something special for parties? Learn how to bake a delicious Chinese dessert called a custard moon cake.
The Running Custard Moon-cake is an on-trend dessert in China. It is based on the traditional classic Moon-cakes but combines some modern western dessert techniques to give it a new twist. It's now even more popular than the traditional Moon-cakes in the Mid-Autumn festival.
Join expert Chinese cooking teachers, Hanna and Simon, in their spacious shop. Together you will learn to make Moon-cakes in small groups and air-conditioned shop. If you book on a weekday you might even get a private class.
In this class, you will:
- Prepare the dough and fillings for your cakes.
- Learn to wrap it and prepare it.
- You'll bake your Moon-cakes.
You can enjoy your finished moon cake in the class, or take it home to share with friends and family.
By the end of your Asian baking classes, you'll have a host of new knowledge about Chinese desserts and you'll have your delicious running custard mooncake to enjoy! If you fancy trying a baking class in London with a difference, this mooncake workshop is a fun and interesting workshop to try. Enjoy it with your friends or loved ones or head along solo to meet fellow bakers in the neighbourhood.

Notice
- Please do not bring your own drinks or food to the class.
- This class does not suitable for pregnant women as the workload and the length of class.
Refund and Reschedule
Please book the date you definitely can attend to help other customers' bookings.
- There is no refund for cancellation.
- Later than 15 minutes to agreed time will see booking cancelled with no refund or reschedule.
- Possibility of Reschedule is very limited and will be charged £50 per booking.

Knowledge required
- Beginners are welcome.
- A person under 18 cannot attend the class alone. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. You class will be cancelled without refund if failed to provide proofs. It is for your safety and required by insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to carry on. Thank you for your understanding.
