What you'll do
Whether it’s a perfect plate, succulent fruit, or delicious baked treats, food can sometimes be a tricky subject. In this fun and exciting London workshop, you will learn how to master food photography so you can capture the beauty of your delicious masterpieces.
You’ll be getting hands-on experience in the photography studio, taking images of different food with a wide range of backgrounds and props. Develop your skills and use your camera to its full potential, all with the helpful guidance of your experienced teacher.
A basic understanding of exposure and how to work a camera’s manual settings is advised, and you will need to bring your own appropriate camera.
During this food photography workshop, you will learn:
- Camera techniques and settings that are best for food images.
- Natural light and flash light techniques.
- How to style scenes using backgrounds and props.
- Best practice for composition and lens choices
- How to work with the characteristics of different foods and surfaces
