What you'll do

Learn to cook two beefy dishes and a delectable chocolate pudding in this delicious London workshop. It's all the best flavours from British cooking and the warm feeling of the pub.

As you step in the door of our kitchen, you'll be greeted with a glass of wine or a refreshing cold beer. This will help you ease into the class as you mingle with your fellow classmates.

This London cooking class begins with a demonstration from your teacher. They will give you loads of tips and tricks as they take you through the steps of making some pub grub. It's a great way to learn some techniques that you can recreate at home.

Once you're done drooling over the chef's example plate, it's your turn to have a go on the stove. You will get a hands-on experience learning knife skills, which will help you understand how to cook and serve meat to perfection. With the help of your talented teachers, you will make three classic pub dishes from scratch.

Then it's time to tuck into your feast as you enjoy your homecooked meal with a glass in hand. This is one of the best things to do in London that will feed your belly and your mind.

Sample menu: (subject to change due to seasonality and availability)

Steak tartare.
Sirloin steak, triple cooked chips with thyme roasted vine tomatoes and a truffle béarnaise.
Rich chocolate mousse.

Please note:

This class is suitable for those keeping to a gluten-free diet although our kitchen is not gluten-free classes are not appropriate for coeliacs.
Low-fat diets can be catered for on request, however there won’t be an alternative for the béarnaise.
