Beef wellington is a classic British dish that's always a hit at dinner parties or special occasions. If you've ever wanted to be able to impress your friends and family by making this decadent meal yourself, this is the class for you.
After being welcomed to this London cooking class with a glass of wine, you'll begin your session by watching one of The Avenue's culinary experts do their thing, showing you all the ingredients and techniques you'll need to recreate this timeless dish. Then it'll be time to tie on your apron and get cooking! From prepping your filling to browning the meat and finally cooking to perfection, your chef will be on hand with expert tips and advice to keep the inspiration (and the wine) flowing.
Once you've cooked up a storm, you'll get the opportunity to refill your glasses and take a seat to enjoy the feast you've created. Good food, good wine and great company - what more could you ask for?
