This class will give you an insight into flavourful vegan cooking whilst you learn from an expert chef how to recreate some of the best dishes Spain has to offer with a glass (or two) of wine in hand — bliss!

This London cooking class will kick start with a lively demonstration from our head chef, as they take you on a foodie trip to sunny Spain. You'll journey through a variety of tapas from savoury to sweet, such as the world-famous Spanish tortilla and a moreish olive oil chocolate mousse, plus more!

The demonstration will set you up with plenty of helpful top tips, tricks and techniques for confidently cooking up your own tapas treats. Once it's time to get hands-on, however, you can rest assured knowing that there will be plenty of support and guidance from your chef.

Sample menu: (subject to change due to seasonality and availability)

Padron peppers.
Espinacas con Garbanzos.
Spanish tortilla.
Romesco sauce.
Olive oil chocolate mousse.

After the fun of cooking and creating, it'll then be time to sit down with new friends and old as you enjoy all the Spanish flavours you have cooked up together.
