What you'll do
Looking to level up your jewellery making game? With this jewellery making course in Wolverhampton, you will learn how to make your own stunning gemmed ring or pendant using dichroic glass!
Over the course of the two days, your talented teacher and expert jeweller will guide you step-by-step as you make your own dichroic glass cabochon. You will then choose a pre-made glass cab to set into a ring or pendant.
The ring or pendant will use silver clay to set the stone into the piece, adding some accents and small details to make a beautiful piece to your own design.
Your pieces will then be fired and cooled overnight, ready for the next day. On the second day, you will set the cabochon you made on day one into a second pendant or ring using the traditional bezel setting techniques.
Throughout the course, you will have the creative freedom to make and design a piece that is unique to you. Your friendly teacher will simply be there to guide you through the process and offer on-hand assistance and support.
By the end of this jewellery making course, you will have your own beautiful ring or pendant to wear or give to a loved one as a thoughtful gift. You'll also have stepped up your jewellery making game to a whole new level, ready to take on more exciting and creative projects at home or at another workshop!

This course is currently only available on a one-to-one or one household/bubble basis.
Knowledge required
This course is more suitable for people with previous experience of silver clay making, e.g. if you have already taken the introduction to silver clay course, the beginner two-day course or the stone setting in silver clay workshop.
