FAQ

Can you accommodate special dietary requirements?
Teas are offered with latte style, with a dairy-free alternative used. Accompanying treats are freshly prepared for each tasting. Please contact me at least 48 hours before your experience if you need any substitutions.
Is there step-free access?
The facility is located up stairs above Slake Spirits brewery, without a lift. Apologies if this is unsuitable.
Do you offer flavour additions with matcha latte?
As we are focused on showcasing authentic Japanese teas, we prefer to enjoy the taste of the tea without other flavourings. Of course, what you add at home is up to you - no judgement here ;)
