What you'll do
Nothing beats the taste of freshly made Pasta so come discover the art of fresh pasta making in this 'Pasta e Basta' class.
Together we will learn to make fresh Tagliatelle, Tagliolini and Parpadelle as well as a seasonal filled pasta such as Ravioli stuffed with Ricotta and Truffle Oil with an Asparagus Sauce. We will also together create two pasta sauces to match our types of Pasta. Matching Sauces and Pasta is an art in itself! All of this will of course be topped with a lovely Tiramisu and accompanied with a free flow of Prosecco and Italian Wines through out the class and dinner.

Your teacher
Enrica Rocca is a family run cooking school and event space in Notting Hill and Venice. The Rocca family opened the London school in 2002 in what was once their family home, sharing their love for Italian hospitality and food. This hidden gem in West London is run by Rocca sisters, Charlotte and Claire, who share their skills in Mediterranean home cooking at its best whilst Venice is run by mamma Enrica.
The Cooking School is a space to rediscover the simple pleasures of connecting with people, channeling your creative energy, and of course enjoying fantastic italian food and wine.
