Hi, I’m Katie, a passionate ceramic artist with a BA Hons in Three-Dimensional Design from Manchester School of Art. My journey with clay began as a student, but over the years since (10 years!!), it has grown into a career filled with exploration, creativity, and teaching. I currently teach in several ceramics studios around Manchester, but one of my favorite spaces is Good Yard Studio—a lovely creative hub filled with talented makers and inspiring events. It’s a space that perfectly reflects the collaborative and experimental spirit I love about working with clay. This is where my workshops and lessons will be hosted. Over the years, teaching has become an integral part of my practice. Designing and delivering projects for students with varying abilities and goals has taught me how to adapt and bring out the best in everyone. For me, clay is a limitless medium for self-expression and growth, and I’m thrilled to share my passion with others.
