For this hands-on cooking masterclass students will make their masala base, marinades, dips from scratch.

  • Murgh Makhani (Butter Chicken) - A restaurant classic and UK favourite dish, participants will learn how to make a sauce paste from scratch using cashew nuts and sun-dried fenugreek leaves known as Kastoori Methi together with how to marinate chicken pieces with tandoori paste to make a simply delicious Makhani butter chicken dish
  • Aloo Tiki - Learn how to make crispy potato patties infused with spices and served with green coriander and chilli dip
  • Naan - Master the art of naan making for home cooking using tawa, a flat and circular griddle pan
  • Cumin Rice (Demo) - A quick demo how to cook a simple and fluffy aromatic cumin rice
