Hiit Workout and Yoga at Home

Working from home and sat down all day? Looking for some energising indoor activities and exercise to try at home? Join Aussie movers and shakers, Moksha Movement, for this HIIT and yoga class online where you'll combine fitness and meditation in an invigorating 45-minute session.

During the first 25 minutes experienced trainer, Rob, will lead you, beginning with a warm-up to get the blood pumping before moving on to a dynamic and fun HIIT workout that will focus on strength and cardio.

HIIT produces many of the same health benefits as other forms of exercise in a shorter amount of time. These benefits include lower body fat, heart rate and blood pressure.

Yogi, Emily, will then take over and end the last 20 minutes of the session with a soothing, slow-moving, yoga meditation and practice.

Stretching after a work out helps repair muscles and reduces stiffness and soreness. Incorporating deep, meditative, breathing to improve blood circulation and providing oxygen to each muscle groups.

The session will end with a calming meditation to help us reset, recharge and allow us to have a productive, energising, positive rest of our day. This class is catered for all levels and body types.
