Had a really great time attempting wheel throwing for the first time!
The teacher was super patient considering we were all struggling at different times.
It's a standing class so just be prepared for that, and don't wear anything you don't want mud on as we had a lot of mud stains on our clothing and faces towards the end (maybe that's just us as we were pretty messy)

My friend and I had an amazing time during this beginner session! Our instructor was incredibly friendly, patient, and supportive, making us feel comfortable from the start. I booked this as it’s been on my bucket list for years - what a fabulous nervous system reset! The teacher was great, hands on support in a really lovely group environment and lots of help offered. We also got to learn some basic techniques and create some pieces to take home.
There was time to ‘play’ with the clay and my inner child was delighted! What a beautiful therapeutic and enjoyable experience. The two hours went far too fast and overall a wonderful experience which was SO MUCH FUN - would definitely go again! If you’re thinking of doing this - Book it now!

I loved this pottery class! I went all by myself but I didn't feel out of place at all. It's so much fun and Rae was amazing at instructing us what to do with helpful examples and by breaking the steps down. I really enjoyed to comparison of creating the shape of a tuna can or a hockey puck. No matter how many questions I had Rae answered all of them! I used a gift card to purchase this class and the process was literally the easiest thing ever. They even hold the pieces you create for quite a while - just amazing service overall really. Oh, and good music too!
