Learn to make a fused glass suncatcher to hang outside or in your home.

Have a go at different techniques of glass fusing and create your own pieces of unique glass art.

Working with experienced glass art teacher, Teresa, you'll learn how to use some of the essential materials and tools needed for fusing glass. Using some finished examples of suncatchers to inspire you, you can then decide what you'd like to make and try the process for yourself.

You'll be guided every step of the way in creating your piece of glass art and you'll soon become immersed in your craft, developing your skills in working with glass and expressing your creativity.

Don't worry if you haven't tried glass art before, this fused glass class is ideal for beginners and you'll receive plenty of individual support and tuition from your experienced teacher. If you're keen to learn something new and would like to try some glass art, this craft class is a great place to start.

Once you've finished your item, it'll be fired in a kiln for you. Your teacher Teresa will let you know when your item is ready to collect, or you can arrange to have your piece posted to you.

Teresa started her journey as a jeweller producing textured and dimensional pieces on copper and silver, she then started to use enamel for added colour.

Enamelling took over as a passion and she works and teaches enamelling and other crafts from her craft studio in the small village of Blackwell, near Bromsgrove, Worcestershire.
