- This workshop is best suited to one participant, as it's an intensive complete guide to tufting. Most ideal for those looking to start a tufting business of their own or begin tufting as a creative practice. A second person may join as a separate class, whether that is a Half Day, Full Day or Two Day. Please contact MTW to arrange a custom class for more than one person.
- Yarn colours can be requested in advance so you have all the desired colours ready to use.
- Please send your design ideas up to three days before your workshop to allow for preparation. If you have a design in mind, emailing your teacher with the image will ensure the yarn colours you’d like to use are in stock.

Your teacher
Manchester Tufting Workshops was established in 2020, with the goal of publicly teaching the fascinating art of rug tufting. At the time, the only way to learn tufting from someone knowledgeable was through a university setting. I wanted to create a more accessible way of learning, open to everyone at any skill level. It was important to me to foster the right atmosphere to inspire creativity and confidence.I have 10 years of experience with electric and pneumatic tufting equipment, and my wonderful assistant has 6 years of experience. You'll be welcomed into my bright art studio in Salford, where I create my own artwork & display many colourful treasures!
