What a nice experience it was to work with leather and create our own belt and glasses case under the supervision of Naoum!

I got this class as a gift for my boyfriend's birthday, and he had the time of his life creating the belt of his dreams - it has now become his favourite belt!

Naoum was extremely helpful and accommodating even before the class. He was quick in answering emails, helping me prepare everything and find the right materials for decorating the belt. During the class, he was knowledgeable and passionate about his craft, and helped us create beautiful items that are not only gorgeous but also have a nice story behind. I'd recommend this class to anyone!

We had an absolutely lovely day with Naoum making dog collars. Naoum was a very patient, personable teacher and was very generous with his time and also his delicious refreshments!! Our dog collars are so beautiful and look amazing on our dogs. Would recommend this experience to anyone as a highly enjoyable day out!

Wow what can I say Naoum was excellent he was very patient and understanding he explained things in bite size pieces so you wasn't overwhelmed and the session was well thought out I loved the information that he imparts during the session on the history and process of leather tanning. I also loved that he had taken the time to find ways of making the class as easy as possible for people who are new to leather work like myself overall I cannot praise Naoum enough for this thoughtful class I have even booked on to do another class with him!

From start to finish, Naoum was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The size of the classes are small so you're able to get help when you need it, and I had very little downtime between tasks. He provided all the tools, materials (a very wide range to choose from!) and even refreshments, which were most appreciated! If you need to park, King's Orch is nearby and offers metered parking. I would highly recommend his classes if you're interested in trying leatherworking for the first time.

Fantastic workshop, Naoum is a great teacher and host. There was so much choice for the leathers and they were all high quality. We had plenty of time to choose and customise everything about our project and Naoum was very patient. He’s an excellent host, we even got some nice drinks and snacks throughout the session.

This was a fantastic class! Naoum was a very clear, patient and thoughtful teacher, and is wonderfully generous as a host, and with his time. With his guidance and materials, I was able to make a small purse/wallet. Naoum layed out all the steps clearly and gave me scrap materials to practice each of them on. The atmosphere was very comfortable and friendly: my classmates were lovely too. I had a lovely day and I think I will return to leather crafting again. It was lovely to learn about Naoum's own journey towards the craft, which he is very knowledgeable about. Thank you Naoum!

Naoum is amazing! If you think you’re too impatient & too clumsy to register for a leather workshop, DONT LET THIS STOP YOU. I would have regrets, but instead I have a really cool, high quality leather belt that i doubt anyone will recognize as created by my clumsy hands. Go for it!

There was a wide range of products to choose from, and the quality of the leather was excellent. Naoum even provided some snacks, ensuring everyone had plenty of energy to create their own masterpiece!

This leather workshop was genuinely one of the best things I've done in YEARS. Naoum is an outstanding teacher - I'm not crafty at all and over the course of this relaxed workshop he helped me make a gorgeous goat's leather wallet that has instantly become my most beloved and precious possession. I feel so snazzy now whenever I pay for anything and I can't wait for people to ask me where I got it!

Naoum is also an outstanding host - the workshop is held in his spacious living room and we were made to feel completely at home. He made sure we had a constant supply of water, tea, coffee and even beer once we'd finished playing with the sharp tools!

Honestly, I don't know what more I can write in this review to convince you that this will be a stupendous way to spend your time. Naoum holds space in a very relaxed way - there's never any rush and he helps you make your item as special as you deserve. Worth saying as well that this is a passion for Naoum - he's there to have as much fun as you will!

Leather Crafting Series: Create a Purse

We LOVED our workshop with Naoum on Saturday! Our group decided to make passport holders (X3) and a card holder- we all had different competences and Naoum was a very patient and helpful teacher. We enjoyed choosing our different colour leathers, thread and choice of embossing because our end products felt really personal, like something you can't find in a shop - it was a fab way to celebrate our friend's birthday. Naoum was a wonderful host- thank you very much!

An amazing experience start to finish. My friend and I made a leather belt this class. Naoum was a delightful host! The class felt like a small craft workshop gathering. I was able to come home with a professional looking belt I am planning to gift. He also let me customize the belt with embossing. I would very much recommend to anyone who is interested in getting into the craft. We had a leather luggage tag class today and it was amazing!!! Naoum’s workspace was so well prepared and his instructions were very precise. I loved the fact he gave us scraps of leather to test techniques out on before we attempted it on our actual tags! He kept us all well fed, with plenty of drinks and was such a warm and interesting guy. Both myself and my partner have said was a fabulous day it had been and what a lovely guy he is. This workshop was amazing in so many ways! I went with no prep, no materials, and came out of this workshop with a gorgeous, personalised, handmade (self-made!) passport holder. There were so many leather colours to choose from and I love what I ended up making. Naoum was the best instructor - he explains things so clearly and simply, is always around to guide you further if you need it, and showered us with endless supplies of fruits, cake, sandwiches, and drinks of all kinds (coffee, tea, and even wine!). Had a really good time, had a really good teacher who explained about the different types of leather. Got to choose what colours I'd like. Explained the steps that would be taken to make the pouch that i chose, got help when i got stuck and was shown how to fix it. I really enjoyed it all but loved doing the stitching as it was something I've never done before.

Naoum is a great teacher: through very detailed steps making the cardholder was surprisingly easy. He has extensive knowledge of leather manufacturing and very generous with it; he explained the various techniques, tools, and methods used with different leather types, as I wish to continue with this craft. Naoum is also a great host, very welcoming; the workshop had a great atmosphere, with treats, music and interesting conversations. I’m already planning a further lesson with Naoum with a more complex project.

Two things really stood out about this class. One is Naoum’s natural talent as a teacher. He has endless patience and seems to really enjoy helping his students. All questions are met with detailed breakdowns of process, materials and technique. Two is the small class size which allows for each student to work at their own pace and no one is left behind. I did this class with 2 other complete beginners and everyone’s pieces came out looking great!

I joined this leather workshop over the weekend with a friend and had a great experience.

Naoum helped me make a leather cardholder from scratch, with clear, step-by-step guidance on how to use the tools, working the leather, and staying safe.

Naoum was patient, knowledgeable, and very hands-on. Whenever someone made a mistake, he stepped in and managed to save the piece with impressive skill. I may be biased since he’s a friend, but the final result honestly exceeded my expectations.

The workshop was hosted at his home, which felt warm and welcoming, with generous treats like fruit, croissants, coffee, and even wine. A relaxed and rewarding experience overall.
