What you'll do
Looking for family friendly activities in London? Always dreamt of learning how to make delicious choux pastry at home? Experience a delightful baking class in London with your little one, where you'll learn how to make delicious choux pastry from scratch. Enjoy the fun activity of pastry baking alongside your child as you create choux dough, chocolate craquelin and crème chantilly to take home!Don't worry if you're new to baking - this family baking workshop is designed for beginners and I be there to guide you every step of way. Throughout the class, you'll get to use professional baking equipment adapted for children, making it a fun and educational experience for both of you.

- Start with a quick intro to the recipe and the history of choux pastry

This class is beginner- and child-friendly.Kids must be accompanied by a paying adult/guardian - please book 2 spots for your child and yourself.Suitable for kids 5-16 years old. From 16yo+, please book the adult class - French pastry baking workshop.

Please bring your own containers (3 large ones) to take your bakes home.Do let me know in advance of your booking if you have any allergies, as there might be presence of the main allergens in my kitchen - although I try as much as possible to accommodate for different dietary requirements, this class is not suitable for anyone with a gluten-free diet due to recipes used.

Then I got really into it, practiced more, and took a student job as a pastry baker.I went working at hotel Shangri-La in Paris with chef the pastry chef Michael Bartocetti.When I got back to France, I decided to formalize my Pastry Baking - by taking the national exam CAP Pâtisserie as an external candidate, and today I live in London and want to teach some of the best pastry techniques I learned over the years
