Fused Glass Workshop - Christmas Hanger / Candle Holder

The class was very well organised. At the outset the teacher explained what we should hope to achieve. She was very patient and encouraging. Would absolutely recommend.

My daughter and I went along for her birthday and both really enjoyed it. We hadn’t known exactly what to expect but Cathy was very good at explaining and even though we hadn’t looked up ideas beforehand we soon came up with things and were pleased with the results. Fused Glass Bubble Mandala Hanger Workshop

Another fabulous bubble glass hanger class with Angelina. The location is gorgeous & it’s very well organised with great tuition. The design suggestions are varied and there’s always something new or you can choose your own. Once the basic instruction has been taught templates are provided or you can give your creativity free rein. No two designs are ever the same and the finished results are always beautiful. It’s such an intimate and friendly space with expert tuition - we thoroughly enjoy a relaxing few hours being creative - this was our 5th visit. Angelina is fantastic - if you haven’t been I definitely recommend you book one of the courses.

What a lovely stained glass workshop with Angelina. Angelina provided clear instructions & demonstration & was only too happy to help The calm, informal atmosphere in her home studio was so relaxing & welcoming. The day was a real treat of 'me time' away from hustle & bustle of family life. I'm so proud of the beautiful stained glass panel I made & would love to investigate stained glass more. My sister and I booked this glass bubble art experience while she was visiting, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The class was welcoming, well guided, and a lovely way to spend time together.

For me, it was especially meaningful as I recently lost my husband, being able to switch off and focus for a couple of hours was incredibly calming. Spending that time with my sister, learning something new and creating our own glass pieces together, made it even more special. I’d highly recommend it.

Angeline is a lovely teacher, she explained clearly about glass fusion and the safety aspects. I was amazed at the colours of the powder glass and how different from the finished product it was. It was an amazing and absorbing experience painting with glass, with the end result a bubble explosion of colour. Would recommend this activity for all ages, especially as a group activity or by your self. Would make an excellent present, hen do experience.....

Half Day Fused Glass Workshop

We had wanted to undertake a stained glass window class for a long time. This class was excellent and perfectly paced. Our teacher Angelina was fantastic. We had a small group that enhanced the experience in a lovely workshop. My design is now at home to remind me of the experience.

I learned how to make a stained glass panel, the techniques used were very well demonstrated by our teacher, Angelina. I would highly recommend this class, a day well spent!

A one day ‘Glass by Design’ workshop run by Angelina. It was a Christmas present and what a fab present it was. I’ve always wanted to try my hand at creating a stained glass piece and this turned out to be the perfect introduction to the craft. The course took place in a delightful, cosy and well equipped workspace. Only four on the course so I never felt rushed and Angelina was the perfect host and teacher. I have no hesitation in recommending this course and if I can find the time I’d love one day to return for the advanced two day course.

I had a voucher from friends for my birthday

The location was easy to reach, as I came by train.

I had a great time during the class; and the time just flew!

I learned a new skill and came away with something really lovely that i'm pretty proud of.

Perhaps the most difficult bit was chosing from all the beautiful coloured glass, to make the pattern.

Angelina was a great teacher; calm, informative and friendly

I enjoyed the whole class from beginning to end, and would thoroughly recommend, and would definitely like to do more classes.

Family Glass Making Workshop

The fused glass workshop was absolutely lovely! Cathy is so informative and helpful while also not being overbearing or inserting herself in your designs unless she can see there is somethig which might not turn out the way you want. The selection of glass (colours, textures and types) was so vast and perfect for a large arary of design ideas.

I got this as a gift for my partner and I joined of course! We made some lovely glass hangers and can't wait to see them fired!
