Richard was charming and easy going and a good teacher.
Venue is his lovely cottage home and was very suitable. The sun shone and we enjoyed dessert in the garden.
We learned how to cook Beef Wellington and raspberry soufflé.

Richard was friendly and extremely well organised. He took the time before the class to discuss what we wanted to achieve and asked all about what kind of food we wanted to make. We got exactly what we wanted. He took his time to explain everything to my husband who is a novice cook. He let us participate in all the prep and cooking. The food was delicious and we enjoyed sharing lunch in beautiful surroundings. I would highly recommend attending one of these classes. I wish Richard all the best with his cookery school. Thank you so much for a really great day!

We both had a great afternoon with Richard at the Cookery School. Good communication beforehand to agree the menu. On arrival at this great farmhouse we sat down and discussed a plan for the day, this was different to previous cookery classes where we just copied our way through the menu, we worked as a team throughout the process before sitting down to enjoy the meal. I picked up loads of tips from Richard through the day. Well worth the trip and thanks again Richard.
