Ditch the takeaway and learn from an expert how to chef up an authentic Sichuan Kung Po chicken and Taiwan Popcorn Chicken so that you can recreate these delicious dishes at home whenever you feel like it!
You will find yourself in a spacious shop with air conditioning and get full support from the tutors. Often get private class on weekdays.
This cooking workshop begins with an introductory talk on the history of Chinese cooking and how it has developed over the years. Then, it'll be time to get making!
Don't worry if you're a cooking newbie, this laid-back cooking class will guide you using simple step-by-step instructions and you'll get plenty of on-hand help from your teacher.
- Essential knife skills.
- Prepare your ingredients.
- Create the famous Kung Po sauce.
- Cook a great version of this delicious dish.
- You will also learn to make the popular starter called Taiwan Popcorn Chicken.
Add-on Classes:
- Why not choose some extra dishes to make the class more fun and learning more on the same journey?
- You can also learn how to sharpen your kitchen knives. Bring one in if safe to do so.
- You can also add egg-fried rice or Omurice mini-class in the add-on options. It is guaranteed to make your dish taste better as well as learning more knowledge on the same journey.
At the end of your London cooking class, you'll be able to sit down to eat the dish you have made together or take it home with you to enjoy later. This class can be held online as well as at the client site. Please send a message to the teacher to discuss the details.
Please note:
- Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available. If you have dietary requirements, please get in touch after booking the class.
- Please do not bring your own drinks or food to the class.
- This class is not suitable for pregnant women and young children due to the workloads and the length of the class.
Refund and Reschedule:
Please book the date you definitely can attend to help other customers' bookings.
- There is no refund for cancellation.
- Later than 15 minutes to the agreed time will see the booking cancelled with no refund or reschedule.
- Possibility of Reschedule is very limited and will be charged £50 per booking.

Knowledge required
- Beginner-friendly.
- Children over 14 are welcome as long as with paid adults. Everyone requires a ticket. Children are learning better when parents participate.
- A person under 18 cannot attend the class alone. We will ask for valid IDs if you look very young. Your class will be cancelled without refund if failed to provide proofs. It is for your safety and required by insurance policy. If we don't follow it, this class will not be allowed to carry on. Thank you for your understanding.
